If you choose to bring your own architectural plans to OkoHaus, we will work with you from the outset to create a timber frame home tailored to your lifestyle, on budget and on time.

Building your timber frame home with OkoHaus gives you the choice and control over what extent you want us to build. Once the OkoHaus superstructure has been erected you can chose to handover the weather proofed building to your professionals or we can provide you with a turnkey service where all you need to do is move in on completion.

Simply contact a member of our technical sales team with your plans and specification for a quotation. If you wish to proceed, any further technical details will be agreed and a contract is then drawn up which is subject to planning permission (if not already granted ).

Your house can typically be ready within 8 to 10 weeks of the contracts being signed.
