1. Detailed quotation

ÖkoHaus will provide detailed quotation on projects with full planning permission. Your plans should be sent to info@okohaus.ie in a CAD format and preferably AutoCAD with the scope of supply form completed. It will normally take around 2-3 weeks for a detailed quotation. As not all houses or locations in Ireland are suitable for the OkoTek system, we will advise within a few days if we are unable to help.

2. Guideline estimate building costs with OkoHaus

If you are still at the planning stages for your home you can use our self calculator model to obtain a guideline estimate for your project.

PRICES

Please note these prices are exclusive of vat, and do not include foundations. Prices are based on the assumption that a level concrete raft foundation has been installed complete with service positions and that access for delivery and crane can be gained.

All services i.e. delivery, skiphire scaffolding , crane etc are included in these prices

1.Please note these prices are a guideline only is subject to quality of finishes chosen, complexity of house structure and the location. They may be subject to change according to the estimated time of your project build.

2. When comparing our quote with others it is vital to realise that the ÖkoHaus system incorporates much more than a basic timber frame structure as supplied by many manufacturers in Ireland. Our Building System is a fully finished exterior, which incorporates a prefabricated complete closed panel wall system with doors and windows installed. This Okotek system does not require an outer leaf of block or brick
